The research has shown that women who have healthy life style looks up to 10 years younger than those who lead unhealthy life-style.

 

International Research team from Bedford, United Kingdom, Shanghai, China and Madrid, Spain have researched total of 585 women over 8 years to study the link between women’s skin and their life-style. The research teams have asked questions like, “Do you like to sun-tan? Do you smoke? Do you eat vegetable and fruits frequently? Do you brush your teeth? Do you have all the teeth?”

After comparing the actual age with guessed age after taking a photo, the teams have found out women who live unhealthy life appears 10.4 years older than those who live a healthy life-style. The research has found that factors such as tanning-booth, lack of fruit intake, lack of moisture and smoking.  

In particular, smoking decreases the amount of oxygen that is carried onto the skin and promote formation of free-radicals which causes of skin-aging. The chance smoker having wrinkles is 3 times higher than that of non-smoker.

As for food, food with lots of unsaturated fatty acid is helpful for anti-aging. Black sesame seeds, walnuts, almond, peanut, olive oils that are rich in unsaturated fatty acids can be helpful for preventing dry skin (xerosis) and skin contraction (atrophoderma). Furthermore, fruits and vegeta bles that are rich in antioxidants Vitamin A·C·E help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin.

However, despite all these tips for healthy skins, it is hard to get rid of already existing wrinkles. For those cases in which it is difficult to achieve anti-aging effect with small life styles changes, many people considered various types of intervention at plastic surgery clinics.

Part 1, Her Story Before the Surgery..

“Even since I was a teenager, I was more interested in having nice body more than the face.”

I do not mean to brag, but I have heard since I was young that I had a pretty face. So I was not insecure about my face or anything. However, the problem was somewhere else. Since I do like to work out, I go to the gym often, and whenever you workout at the gym often times, you tend to wear close fitting clothes. And the only body part that ever upset me none other than my boobs! *sobs*

I have going back and forth about breast surgery since I wasn’t completely flat chested. However, since I wanted bigger boobs, I finally made the decision.

Little did I know that I would have such dramatic change before and after the surgery. I honestly say that if I have would have known, I would have made the decision to get the surgery years ago!

I would be lying if I say, “It wasn’t painful at all”. Yes, it was painful, but it was manageable pain.

Now that I see my new breast, I am withstanding the pain. I cannot wait to see my full breast once everything heals into its place~

 

It started to swell down little bit from the night after the surgery. From the 3^rd day after the surgery, I started feel much more comfortable! After that, I have avoided lifting anything heavy or that would require using my upper body. Other than that, I was able to get back to normal daily routine. Of course, since this was a surgery that dramatically altered my body, there were short moments that I had discomfort and pounding pains. I noticed that the more I tense up my shoulder or lie down all the time because of pain, it just added to the sore muscle on the shoulder.

Part 5, Her Story, 1 month after the surgery

"The scar is seamless and my breast is the shape 

that I wanted for so long!"

Now that it has been 1 month after surgery, I am just waiting for the scar to heal. Doctor said the incision area is looking clean so I am quite happy about that. I am still not allowed to wear any bra. But I am so so happy with the both the shape and size of my breast. Texture wise, it is becoming more and more natural. I heard that by 2~3 months after the surgery, the feeling will become very natural so I am looking forward to then.

I cannot wait to get re-size and get a brand new bra. Close friends have commented that my breast look more firm and beautiful.

Even the friends who advised not to go ahead with the surgery, now comment how envious they are of my new breasts.

Yay, finally it is summer!

You have no idea how long I have been waiting for this day to finally wear Bikini with new body!

All my friends who see my bikini selfies are dying to get breast surgery themselves as well! Now that I have bigger boobs, my waist looks even slimmer. Do you see my new S-line curves?

 

And whatever clothes I wear, I love my new bodyline. Before the surgery, all I used to hear is how skinny I am. But now, I have just the body I want! I feel like I have everybody’s dream body and I am no longer envious of any A-star sexy model. Now that I know it’s going to look only more natural from now on, I cannot wait. Overall I am 100% satisfied with the surgery.

Despite aging, it is universal truth that one wants to remain her youthful look as long as possible and delay signs of aging. Nowadays in Korea, the trend is not mere anti-aging to prevent signs of aging, but more of ‘down-aging’ trend to look younger than one’s actual age.

                       

Therefore, in order to look younger than one’s actual age, there are many people who opt for dermatology treatment, body contouring or lifting treatment. There is high interest in various anti-aging treatments among people not only in their 40s and 50s, but also, in their 30s. One of the well known such treatments is ‘petit surgery’.

The most well known petit surgery is botox. It is a simple treatment using injection so not only is the recovery short and doesnot require specific recovery. Botox is mainly effective for improving the wrinkles on the glabella, crows feet or other expression muscle.

Therefore, in order to look younger than one’s actual age, there are many people who opt for dermatology treatment, body contouring or lifting treatment. There is high interest in various anti-aging treatments among people not only in their 40s and 50s, but also, in their 30s. However, botox is not the one-time solution for every wrinkle. Botox may be effective for improving the appearance of expression muscle wrinkles on the forehead, glabella, crows feet, fine horizontal wrinkles on the lower eyelid, nose bridge, lip wrinkle and vertical wrinkle on the the neck. However, it is hard to expect much improvement on the deep wrinkles that are already there even when one does not make any expression.

As shown above, there are different treatments or intervention for different wrinkle location and condition. For instance, if there is deep sunken wrinkle in the middle of forehead, mere botox will be difficult to fix the problem, and botox may have to be performed together with filler injection.

 

In addition, horizontal wrinkles on the neck and wrinkles on our hand is fixed since young age so it is hard to expect visible result with botox on that area. Therefore, it is important to receive botox after careful examination of the wrinkle condition and area to get safisfactory result.
